Q – How much does your shoes cost?
A – Price may vary depending on the retail stores, please contact your local retailer for pricing information.

Q – Do I need to fill out the entire request form?
A – No, but the more complete you fill it out the better we can help you with your request, we will send the information you request through the e-mail you provide, so please spell check the address, and don’t worry, you will not be placed in any mailing list.

Q – How long does it take to get a respond after I fill out the form?
A – The time it takes for us to respond to your mail may take few hours up to several days due to high volume of request. We thank you for your patience in advance; we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Q – Is this all the styles you currently have?
A – No, what you see on our website is just a small collection; please visit your local retailer for more selection.

Q – I do not own a retail store, but is there anyway I can buy your shoes in wholesale if I need a large quantity of shoes?
A –All purchase must to go through your local retailer, we are not open to general public.

Q – I saw your shoes in a magazine, how do I get them?
A – If you are not sure what the name is, try our media section, it will have a list of our product that were featured in magazines and the style name of the shoes, use that information to help you to fill out our product request form.

Q – I saw a pair of your shoes at a store but they do not carry my size, what do I do?
A – Please ask the store for the style name and we will look up our database to see which other retailer in your area carries that same style.

Q – How can I get a copy of your catalog?
A – Unfortunately we do not offer any catalogs at the moment, please back our website regularly for new styles.

A – Please fill out the wholesale inquiry, make sure to include your business name and address.

Q – I am trying to complete the wholesale inquiry form but I do not have tax ID, what do I do?
A – Tax ID is the same as Business ID or a government issued number for you business.

Q – I am in the process of starting a business, how can I buy from you?
A – Please fill out the Wholesale Inquiry as complete as possible and we will have someone contact you as soon as possible.
