  • Yes! We are located in City of Industry, California, about 45 minutes east of Los Angeles. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm, and walk-ins are welcome. You can schedule an in-person or virtual showroom visit here.

  • It depends on the style and color; one case could include 8, 12, 16 or 18 pairs. For specific styles, please contact us and a sales representative will be happy to provide all the details.

  • All of our cases are pre-packed and come in a larger or smaller size run. For the number of pairs per size run, please see our size run chart.

  • All of our cases are pre-packed and include only one color and style per case.

  • We do have a lot of styles in stock, ready for immediate delivery, and anything in Coming Soon is available for pre-order; to see availability for specific styles, please contact us and a sales representative will be happy to provide all the details.

  • It’s up to you! However, please note that all of our shoes, whether they are in-stock or will be arriving soon, are first-come first-serve, so we do recommend pre-ordering them if there are styles you want to secure for an earlier delivery date.

  • Yes! We have customers all over the world, and while we do not provide freight forwarding services, we are happy to make recommendations.

  • Shipping is not included. If you are local to Southern California, you can pick up your order from our warehouse.

  • We ship with UPS or FedEx, and we also work with local trucking companies. For larger orders, we can ship with a trucking company, and we have freight forwarding companies that we can recommend if you are located outside of the United States.

  • We do not provide drop-shipping services.

  • We accept returns only if your product arrives damaged.
